  • Booking will be done with payment of Minimum 50% of Total Booking Value.
  • Without ID card, Check-in to be restricted.
  • Rainbow Cottage follows a Strict cancellation policy
    Full Refund: If a customer cancels a booking 15 days before the check-in date, they are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount paid on Rainbow Cottage.
  • Partial Refund: If a customer cancels a booking 7 days before the check-in date, they will receive a refund of 50% of the booking amount paid on Rainbow Cottage.
  • No Refund: If a customer cancels a booking within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • Bookings made for 31st December are non-cancellable.
